mount -t nfs -o rw,udp,async,rsize=4096,wsize=4096 server:/swaps /mnt
dd if=/dev/zero of=/mnt/swap bs=1024k count=1024
mkfs.ext2 /mnt/swap mount -o loop /mnt/swap /swap
dd if=/dev/zero of=/swap/swapfile bs=1024k count=1000
mkswap /swap/swapfile
swapon /swap/swapfile

and there you have it. Swap over NFS :)
